The WoW Yourself section is about ‘doing it yourself’. It’s full of practical things you can do to improve your well-being – tips to test, activities to try and places to visit.
Tips
Exercise in a beautiful outdoor setting and take notice of nature at the same time. |
Forage to bring seasons into the home, add some herbs, dried flowers and sprinkle essential oils to create seasonal pot pourri. |

Take time out to watch the sunset or sunrise and notice the array of beautiful colours in the sky. |

Look for something in your neighbourhood that you would consider to be beautiful such as an old school building, a tree, sculpture etc |
