I like to take the bus as you can see where you are, as opposed to the tube. I like the slowness as well and don't mind if I am stuck in traffic, unless I am in a rush, as it gives me time to look out the window and enjoy my suroundings |

Go for a nature walk and take in the wonders of your environment. |
Use your nose more: close your eyes and enjoy the scents around you. Hopefully there are some nice ones: some flowers, or freshly baked bread. Put on some scented lotion or try out different perfumes from a shop. Or have a sniff of the herbs and spices from the kitchen cupboard. |
Take 30 seconds to stop and look around. |
