The WoW Yourself section is about ‘doing it yourself’. It’s full of practical things you can do to improve your well-being – tips to test, activities to try and places to visit.
Tips
Morning Pages: write 3 sides of A4 every morning first thing and clear your head of all the worries and anxieties knocking around. Excavate what you really think and feel. |
Go the library and pick up a book you wouldn't normally read, you never know you might like it! |
Take 5 minutes each day to breathe deeply and be in the moment Tony / London |
Adult education e.g. stained glass, choir, music, sight-reading |

Go along to your local college open day. |
