Sleep - don't cut corners, if you need sleep take it and look forward to the energy when you wake up. |
Instead of eating lunch at your desk, take yourself out for a picnic. |
Get an active hobby you enjoy to keep you fit without realising it! |
Walking a mile for a cigarette may be healthier than smoking one |
Keep your teeth by brushing them twice a day. |
