Make sure to walk outdoors everyday and try to be aware of stretching upwards and outwards as you walk. |

Record the number of steps you take per day using a pedometer or app on your phone. See if you can build up to 10,000 (or more!) per day. |
Take a walk each day David |
Keep your exercising interesting by finding the hardest way to do something simple. This could be running up the stairs, backwards. (Be careful!) |
Go for an evening swim - it is great exercise, and very relaxing. |
May not be exercise - well chopping the veg may be that can help contribute to flow but this will "make you as happy as a clam" |
Laugh out loud at least once a day. Su. |
